3.Introduction of some technology

Capping system Servo motor is used to drive the screw cap. The motor spindle is connected with a special clutch to adjust the screw cap torque. The clutch has stable performance and its position is convenient for manual adjustment. It is made of stainless steel. The surface of the parts is treated professionally. The position of the three claws is triangular. There are wear-resistant ribs inside to prevent the metal from directly contacting with the cover and reduce the wear of the caps.

Bottle clamping synchronization system The bottle clamping belt is clamped in the process of bottle capping and plays the role of z-axis positioning. The servo motor controls the speed of bottle clamping and keeps synchronization with the translational motor of bottle capping, so that the gripper can precisely fit with the barrel mouth.

Belt type cap feeding, can be added the bad and crooked cap elimination device.
